Welcome to Shoppermart, operated by ZENOVERSE TECHNO PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This Seller Registration Policy outlines the process, requirements, and rules for registering as a seller on our multi-vendor fashion marketplace. By registering, you agree to comply with these policies.


1. Eligibility to Register

To register as a seller on Shoppermart, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.

  • Be legally permitted to conduct business in India.

  • Have a valid bank account in your name or your registered business name.

  • Agree to comply with all platform policies, terms, and legal obligations.


2. Required Documentation

During registration, sellers are required to provide:

  1. Business Proof (for companies or registered businesses):

    • GST Registration Certificate

    • Company PAN or TIN

    • Business registration documents

  2. Identity Proof:

    • Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Driver’s License

  3. Bank Details:

    • Bank account for payouts (must match registered business or individual name)

  4. Product/Brand Authorization (if applicable):

    • Brand authorization letters for branded products

    • Product compliance certificates for regulated items

Note: Registration will not be completed until all documents are verified.


3. Registration Process

  1. Sign Up: Complete the registration form on Shoppermart.

  2. Document Upload: Upload the required documents for verification.

  3. Verification: Our team will review and verify your details within 3–5 business days.

  4. Approval: Once approved, your seller account will be activated, and you can start listing products.


4. Account Accuracy

  • Sellers must provide accurate and truthful information.

  • Any changes to business or personal information must be updated promptly.

  • Providing false information may result in account rejection, suspension, or termination.


5. Prohibited Sellers

Shoppermart may reject registration or suspend accounts for:

  • Sellers offering counterfeit, illegal, or restricted items.

  • Multiple registrations with fraudulent intent.

  • Previous violation of platform policies.


6. Compliance

  • Sellers must comply with all applicable laws, taxes, and regulations in India.

  • GST, income tax, and other statutory obligations are the responsibility of the seller.


7. Termination of Registration

Shoppermart reserves the right to:

  • Reject a registration request without explanation.

  • Suspend or terminate seller accounts for policy violations.

  • Withhold pending payouts in case of non-compliance.
