Seller Payment Policy

Welcome to Shoppermart, operated by ZENOVERSE TECHNO PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This Seller Payment Policy explains how payouts are managed for vendors selling on our multi-vendor fashion marketplace. By registering as a seller, you agree to follow the terms outlined below.


1. Payout Cycle

  • Seller payouts are processed on a weekly basis unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payments are transferred to the bank account registered during the seller onboarding process.

  • All completed and verified orders are eligible for payout.


2. Payment Eligibility

  • Only successfully delivered orders are considered for payout.

  • Refunds, returns, or cancellations will be deducted from the payout.

  • Orders with payment disputes or chargebacks will be withheld until resolution.


3. Platform Fees & Commission

  • Shoppermart charges a commission fee on each sale.

  • Applicable GST or taxes on commissions will be deducted as per Indian tax regulations.

  • The remaining amount after deductions is transferred to the seller’s account.


4. Payment Methods

  • Payouts are made via bank transfer to the account provided by the vendor.

  • Sellers must ensure that bank account details are correct to avoid delays.

  • Shoppermart is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect banking information.


5. Hold on Payments

Payments may be temporarily held in the following situations:

  • Refunds, returns, or cancellations pending resolution

  • Disputes with customers

  • Violation of platform policies or suspicious activity

  • Non-compliance with tax or KYC requirements


6. Payment Disputes

  • Sellers must report any payment discrepancies within 7 days of receiving the payout.

  • Disputes will be investigated and resolved by the Shoppermart finance team.

  • Unreported disputes after 7 days may not be eligible for adjustment.


7. Taxes & Compliance

  • Sellers are responsible for reporting income and paying taxes in accordance with Indian law.

  • Shoppermart may provide necessary documents (such as invoices or statements) for tax filing purposes.


8. Termination & Final Settlement

  • In case of account termination or suspension, pending payouts will be processed after deducting applicable fees, refunds, or penalties.

  • Final settlement will be communicated to the seller via email.
