By registering as a seller, you agree to comply with these policies.
1. Seller Eligibility
To register as a seller on Shoppermart, you must:

Be a registered business entity or an individual legally allowed to sell products in India.

Provide accurate and verifiable business or personal information.

Have the ability to fulfill orders reliably and manage customer service.
2. Required Documentation
All vendors must submit the following documents for verification:

3. Product Listing Guidelines

Product images should be high-quality, clear, and true to the product.

Avoid listing prohibited items (weapons, counterfeit goods, restricted chemicals, etc.).

Pricing must be transparent and include applicable taxes.
4. Order Fulfillment

Vendors are responsible for timely processing and shipping of orders.

Shipment must be made using verified logistics partners.

Accurate tracking information must be provided to the customer.

Vendors must respond promptly to customer inquiries or complaints.
5. Returns & Refunds

Vendors must comply with Shoppermart’s Refund & Return Policy.

Vendors are responsible for approving returns, replacements, or refunds according to policy guidelines.

Fraudulent or abusive handling of returns may lead to account suspension.
6. Seller Payouts

Payouts are processed on a weekly or monthly basis depending on vendor preference.

Payments will be transferred to the bank account provided during registration.

Platform fees or commissions will be deducted as per the vendor agreement.
7. Seller Responsibilities

Maintain inventory accuracy to prevent stockouts or overselling.

Ensure all products meet quality and safety standards.

Keep business and tax documents up to date.

Follow Shoppermart’s terms and policies to maintain a trustworthy marketplace.
8. Prohibited Activities
Vendors must not:

List counterfeit, stolen, or illegal products

Manipulate reviews or ratings

Engage in fraudulent transactions

Share customer personal information for unauthorized purposes
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.
9. Termination of Seller Account
Shoppermart reserves the right to suspend or terminate any seller account for:

Breach of platform policies

Repeated complaints from customers

Fraudulent activity or misuse of the marketplace
