  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available in select locations

2. Payment Processing

  • All online payments are processed securely via trusted third-party payment gateways.

  • Shoppermart does not store sensitive payment information such as card details.

  • Payment confirmation will be sent via email and SMS after successful transaction.

3. Payment Security

We prioritize the security of your financial information:

  • We comply with industry-standard security protocols to prevent unauthorized access.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in select cities and for certain products.

  • The order must be paid in full at the time of delivery.

  • If the customer is unavailable or refuses delivery, the order may be canceled and a re-shipping fee may apply.

5. Payment Failures

  • If a payment fails, the order will not be confirmed.

  • Customers can retry the payment or choose an alternate payment method.

  • In case of multiple failed attempts, the order may be automatically canceled.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds for canceled orders, returns, or disputes will be processed as per our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Processing time may take 7–10 business days depending on the payment provider.

7. Taxes & Charges

  • Prices on the platform are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

  • Any additional taxes or duties applicable for a product are clearly mentioned at checkout.
