Welcome to Shoppermart, operated by ZENOVERSE TECHNO PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Seller Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Shoppermart platform as a seller. By registering and selling on Shoppermart, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Seller Account

  • Sellers must register and maintain an active account to list products.

  • All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Seller Eligibility

  • Sellers must be legally allowed to conduct business in India.

  • Must provide valid business and identity documents as required in the Seller Registration Policy.

  • Must comply with all applicable laws, including tax regulations.

3. Product Listings

  • Products listed must be authentic, legal, and meet quality standards.

  • Titles, descriptions, and images must accurately represent the product.

  • Sellers may not list prohibited items such as counterfeit goods, weapons, or restricted substances.

  • Pricing must be transparent and include applicable taxes.

4. Orders & Fulfillment

  • Sellers are responsible for timely processing, packaging, and shipping of orders.

  • Tracking information must be provided to customers.

  • Sellers must respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and returns.

5. Payments & Commissions

  • Shoppermart charges a commission fee per sale as agreed during onboarding.

  • Payouts are made according to the Seller Payment Policy.

  • Refunds, cancellations, and returns will affect payouts as per platform policies.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Sellers must comply with Shoppermart’s Refund & Return Policy.

  • Products returned due to vendor error (wrong product, defective, or damaged) must be refunded or replaced promptly.

  • Abusive handling of returns may result in suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Sellers must not infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or patents.

  • You grant Shoppermart the right to use product images, descriptions, and promotional content on the platform.

8. Prohibited Activities

Sellers may not:

  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activities

  • Manipulate ratings, reviews, or orders

  • Share customer personal information outside of order fulfillment

  • Attempt to bypass platform policies or fees

9. Account Suspension & Termination

Shoppermart reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for:

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Repeated customer complaints or negative feedback

  • Fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform

  • Non-compliance with legal or tax obligations

Pending payouts may be withheld until disputes or obligations are resolved.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Shoppermart is not responsible for product quality, vendor disputes, or fulfillment delays.

  • All transactions are at the seller’s own risk.

11. Amendments

Shoppermart may update these Seller Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
